SHIPPING POLICY
Due to current high order volumes, please be advised that delivery times may take an extra 1-2 working days at this time.
AlumierMD offers a free delivery service for all orders over £50/€50. Orders under £50/€50 are subject to a delivery fee of £6.95/€8.95.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and should be delivered as below:

ALUMIERMD RETURN POLICY
Defective Products:
If you have received a product that you believe to be defective, regardless of where it was purchased, please contact us through the “Help” widget on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Once returned and verified, our team will be happy to arrange a like-for-like replacement. Please note that the original proof of purchase is needed to process any returned item(s).
Products ordered in error:
If you have incorrectly purchased a product via the AlumierMD website, please contact us as soon as possible by following the instructions on the ‘Contact Us’ page of this website or by clicking the ‘Help’ widget at the bottom of this screen. If you purchased the product directly from a registered AluimierMD stockist, please contact your Skincare Professional and follow their returns policy
If the product was purchased directly through the AlumierMD portal and has not yet left our warehouse, we will endeavour to amend your order accordingly. However, if it has been dispatched, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to obtain a return reference and return form. You will need to complete this form and return it with the unopened product, in its original packaging, to the address specified at your cost.
Please note that we are unable to process the return if we do not have the correct paperwork upon receipt.
Product has not delivered the desired/expected effect:
Every patient must follow the Skincare Professionals’ guidance as to which products to use and how to use them. Neither AlumierMD nor the Skincare Professional can be held accountable for product misuse, or for products used outside of the Skincare Professionals’ recommendations.
If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, you should immediately discontinue use and contact your Skincare Professional. Your Skincare Professional will provide guidance and recommended next steps for product use and/or alternative products and ingredients.
Refunds and exchanges in this situation are offered at the discretion of the Skincare Professional.
